The prices indicated on the site for private individuals include VAT.

Ducheminagt reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered. In the event of an obvious error in the prices displayed, we reserve the right to correct them. You will be informed of this on the first working day after the order is placed

Delivery and shipping costs for Belgium

Collection from our showroom is free of charge.

If you prefer home delivery, we will send the goods to you via the Bpost carrier . In this case, delivery is charged at €10 to Belgium and €20 to France, Germany and the Netherlands.

Preparing and dispatching your order

We will take great care in preparing your order. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. As soon as all the items in your order are available, they will be dispatched or we will contact you if they are to be collected from our showroom.


If a delivery date is mentioned on the order confirmation, this date is always indicative and may be changed depending on the availability of the products ordered.

If the order is delayed and if the delivery time exceeds the legal maximum of

of 30 days, you - as a consumer - have the right to cancel your order.

Damage on delivery

It is the customer's responsibility, in the event of damage to the goods delivered or shortages, to make all the necessary reservations with the carrier. In the event of external damage, you must note the damage when you sign for the driver. Only in this case can the carrier reimburse any damage. If the damage was not noted on delivery, our company will not be held responsible in any case.

All cases of damage, hidden damage or missing items must be reported in writing with all supporting documents to our services within two days of the delivery date.
After checking, our company will take the necessary steps to deal with your complaint. No goods may be returned by the customer without the express prior written agreement of our company, obtained in particular by letter or email, which may in particular require a secure choice of return transport.

Cancellations - Return of goods - Right of withdrawal

As a private individual, you have a legal period of 14 days to cancel your purchase. This 14-day period starts on the day of delivery of the goods.


If you are not satisfied with our products, you may notify us without payment of a fine and without giving any reasons and return them provided that the packaging is still intact. If the packaging is opened, you will no longer be able to cancel the purchase. Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged, in the original packaging. You must pay the return postage costs yourself.

We do not accept COD deliveries.

Returned products must be accompanied at all times by the original purchase documents (invoice). After receipt and inspection, we will provide you with an exchange product or a voucher for the purchase amount of the returned products to be used in our shop.

Guarantee

The goods available in our shop are guaranteed for 1 year.

The guarantee is only valid if the purchaser accompanies the product with original documents proving the date of purchase of the product in question.

Under this guarantee, the only obligation incumbent on Ducheminagt is to replace or repair the product recognised as defective by its services. Defects and deterioration caused by natural wear and tear, by an external accident (incorrect assembly, faulty maintenance, abnormal use) or by unplanned modifications are excluded from the guarantee

Disputes
