Replacement is simple:

  1. remove the heat sink at the back of the headlamp
  2. disconnect the cable from the card
  3. remove the original print (2 screws)
  4. add a little heat-conducting paste to the new card
  5. fit the new card (2 screws)
  6. connect the plug to the card
  7. refit the headlight
